What we process
ApplyVerity processes your account email, uploaded CV or fresher profile, vacancy information, confirmation answers, generated application documents, feedback and the technical information required to secure and operate the service.
Why we process it
The information is used to provide the application service you request, protect accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and improve ApplyVerity. ApplyVerity does not sell CV or vacancy information.
Service providers
Supabase provides account, database and private file storage services. OpenAI processes CV and vacancy text to create and check application content. Railway provides application hosting. Resend provides transactional email delivery. These providers process only the information required for their service.
Retention and deletion
Application records and files are scheduled for deletion 15 days after creation. You can delete an application sooner from the dashboard, or delete your account and its stored applications from the Account page. Keep your own downloaded copies before deletion.
Your choices and rights
You may access your stored applications through your account, correct information before generation, delete individual applications, and request deletion of the account. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your personal information.
Security
ApplyVerity uses authenticated accounts, private storage, access controls and encrypted network connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading information that is not needed for an application.
Your responsibilities
Do not upload another person's information without permission. Review every generated statement before using it. ApplyVerity does not submit applications to employers and does not guarantee employment or ATS outcomes.
